Service Providers grant GigStop LLC permission to conduct one or more background checks on them for the entire duration they utilize the GigStop.com platform. The results derived from any background check may disqualify the individual from becoming, or continuing as, a Service Provider on the GigStop.com platform. Any decision made to prevent the creation of, or revoke, a service provider account is at the sole discretion of GigStop LLC.
You agree that all materials, products, and services provided on this website are the property of GigStop, LLC, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors including all copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property. You also agree that you will not reproduce or redistribute the GigStop, LLC’s intellectual property in any way, including electronic, digital, or new trademark registrations.
You grant GigStop,LLC a royalty-free and non-exclusive license to display, use, copy, transmit, and broadcast the content you upload and publish. For issues regarding intellectual property claims, you should contact the company in order to come to an agreement.
As a user of this website, you may be asked to register with us and provide private information. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information, and you are responsible for maintaining the safety and security of your identifying information. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Limitation on liability
GigStop, LLC is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of our website.
GigStop, LLC reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement any time. We shall let our users know of these changes through electronic mail. This Agreement is an understanding between GigStop, LLC and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of this website.
Statement of no employment
GigStop, LLC expressly states that it does not employ any Service Providers and is not responsible for their actions, work product, representations, or content posted on GigStop.com.
Service Provider expectations
By acting as a Service Provider, you agree that you are solely responsible for your actions, conduct, and work product. You further agree that any liability to Employers, or any other third-party, for damages of any sort or kind, harm, unworkmanlike conduct or work product, is your responsibility and not that of GigStop, LLC or its affiliates, and you agree to indemnify and hold GigStop, LLC harmless from the same.
Service Providers will:
By acting as an Employer, you agree that your Service Provider is not employed by GigStop, LLC. You agree that the Service Provider is solely responsible for actions, conduct, and work product pertinent to your employment arrangement with that company or individual. You further agree that by utilizing GigStop.com you hold GigStop, LLC and its affiliates harmless for damages of any sort or kind, harm, or unworkmanlike conduct or work product, that may arise or occur as a result of your employment of any Service Provider.
Employers agree to:
No direct payments
By using GigStop.com you agree that under no circumstance shall you cause, act as, or participate as a Service Provider and request or receive payment of any sort directly from an Employer outside of the GigStop.com platform. Nor shall you cause, act as, or participate as an Employer and pay money directly to a Service Provider outside of the GigStop.com platform. Doing so may constitute a permanent ban from GigStop.com
GigStop escrow service
When an Employer or Service Provider submits or accepts a bid on GigStop.com, the respective Employer or Service Provider agrees that all funds for payment between the parties will be held in escrow by GigStop.com. When the service is completed by the Service Provider and the Employer is satisfied with the work, the Employer shall be required to authorize GigStop.com to release the payment held in escrow to the Service Provider who completed the gig.
Employer hereby authorizes GigStop.com to automatically release the payment held in escrow to the Service Provider if the Employer fails to authorize the release of the payment, or fails to object to the gig being completed by using the GigStop.com dispute or cancellation process, within three (3) calendar days of the Service Provider giving notice through the GigStop.com platform to the Employer that the gig is complete.
If the Service Provider or Employer disputes or discontinues a gig for any reason, including becoming dissatisfied with the work product, timeless of work, or any other reason, GigStop, LLC and its affiliates shall be the sole arbiter of the matter in all rights, including the award of payment and release of escrow funds. Its decision to award payment to the Service Provider or Employer, in its sole discretion for any reason or cause, shall be the final decision on the matter.
